After graduating from high school, 19-year-old Dokrak (Bonnie Pattrapus) decides to take a gap year and move out on her own to escape her controlling father. While working part-time at Art & Us, a cozy café inside an art gallery, she meets Pam (Emi Thasorn), a 22-year-old dental student who regularly visits the café to study. Before long, Dokrak finds herself quietly falling for Pam. Everything changes when Dokrak's older brother, Kawee (Sing Harit), a 27-year-old medical student, meets Pam by chance and falls in love with her at first sight. He asks Dokrak to help bring them together, and before long, the two begin dating. Forced to hide her feelings, Dokrak knows she can never pursue the woman her brother loves. As she struggles between loyalty to her family and the emotions she cannot suppress, she must decide whether to let go of her first love or fight for the happiness her heart longs for.
