Dr. Prem, a brilliant and seemingly perfect heart surgeon, is about to get married when his wedding is thrown into chaos by Pat, a beautiful actress with a rebellious reputation. Pat crashes the ceremony after discovering that the groom has gotten her best friend pregnant. The incident leaves Prem with a terrible first impression of Pat, unaware that the mysterious woman who stole a kiss from him during his bachelor party was actually her.
